Mason Hayward

Mason is a leading real estate agent on the Sunshine Coast and has been with the First National Lifestyle Sippy Downs team for the last four years. Having accomplished so much since commencing in real estate, Mason admits his favourite part of the process is the final stage of the transaction where both buyer and seller are happy, and he is able to see all his hard work has paid off for all involved. Mason looks back on his first year as a solo agent, having sold 35 properties in 12 months and is grateful to have been able to achieve such great successes with the support of his First National Lifestyle colleagues.

Mason holds a full real estate license and ensures he is always seeking learning opportunities and continual professional development, including attending industry events like AREC and the quarterly First National network training sessions. Working with the First National Lifestyle Sippy Downs team, Mason admits that it is comforting that the team all work towards the same common goals, which includes delivering the best possible experience to every client the team encounters. The office environment for Mason has more of a family dynamic than a workplace, as he finds himself motivated to reach his goals with the support of the team and his mentor, Gavin.

When he is not out and about talking to buyers and sellers and negotiating deals, Mason always finds time to train at the gym, knowing his mental and physical strength are both critical to his success. Mason also enjoys going 4WD’ing and loves spending time at the beach or catching up with family and friends. His favourite holiday destination is Bali for a nice cold Bintang, but he has his sights set on travelling Europe next, but he has to find time for that between striving for his goal to be in the top 10 agents on the Coast and becoming a dad… he truly is a busy man!
