Stuart Pearson is returning to the First National Lifestyle Sippy Downs team after 6 years and is excited to be back amongst such a vibrant and motivated team. Stuart will be joining the sales team and will be bringing a wealth of talent to the already dynamic group with 25 years industry experience and countless residential sales under his belt. Stuart holds a degree in Marketing with honours and extensive real estate training in both the UK and Australia.

Stuart absolutely lives and breathes real estate and gets such a thrill when it comes to working with coast locals to buy and sell property, helping them move on with their next chapter in life. Having appeared on TV shows such as Escape to the Country and Location, Location, Location, Stuart really is an expert when it comes to property marketing and generating competition amongst buyers in any market conditions.

Returning to the First National Lifestyle Sippy Downs team, Stuart is excited to have the support of other passionate real estate experts, in a collaborative and energetic work environment. His dedication to customer service and transparent communication certainly ensures he fits well with the company motto of ‘We Put You First’.

Originally from the UK, Stuart has now been a Bli Bli local for 14 years and compares Sunshine Coast life to a 365-day a year holiday. When not selling real estate, Stuart can be found enjoying time with his four kids and absolutely relishing everything the Coast has. He loves hiking in the Hinterland, scuba diving in the sun and couldn’t imagine life without the beautiful sandy beaches. Although he calls it football, Stuart is a soccer fan following Leeds United watching games into the wee hours of the morning. With a zest for life and endless enthusiasm for all that is real estate, Stuart is certain to be a valuable asset to the Lifestyle team.
