Gavin is an excellent real estate agent. He sold the house to us over 6 years ago and now has sold it for us. Both times Gavin has been very professional in all his dealings. He followed through with potential buyers and was prompt with all paper work and any queries we had. The house was placed on the market and sold in less than a week! Gavin has a great understanding of the Sippy Downs region as he has been in the area for over 10 years. Gavin has become more of a friend than a real estate agent and I would highly recommend him.
