A few kind words about my sale by Gavin Flaton of First National Lifestyle, Sippy Downs. I doubt if you could find a better person for professionalism, negotiation and communication skills, plus market knowledge than Gavin. From Day 1 to final stages he showed compassion to me as a person - something quite rare in Real Estate business. I know this having been a qualified Real Estate person many years ago. 
> Over the years I have built and sold many houses and I can say this last sale for me was the less stressful I have ever experienced. Not only that, the house sold within 2 to 3 weeks - the fastest I have ever had. Quite remarkable.
