My property was on the market for 6 months and we were about to give up on selling, as we believed we exhausted all the avenues. Along came Gavin, listed the property and sold it within days for a very good price. This was excellent, but because it was so unexpected we were in a bit of a shock and had to reorganise our life at a short notice. And there was Gavin again to give us a hand. To sum it up, Gavin is a miracle worker when it comes to real estate. As a professional, he knows how to utilise his extensive network of contacts, and above all his excellent negotiation and people handling skills make the property transaction smooth and a surprisingly stress free experience. I must also mention that Gavin went beyond what would be normally expected of an agent, and helped with some minor details and last minute arrangement that I could not attend to personally, as I left town before settlement. Gavin is a skilled professional and a pleasant person to deal with and I would recommend his services to anyone who wants a smooth and swift property transaction, whether selling or buying.
