Really happy with the prompt service, and extensive local market knowledge and connections.
We sold with Gavin 7 days after going live with the property. Our property had previously been listed with another agent for 2 months with no offers and very little foot traffic to the property. In his first week Gavin had over 40 people attend our open home with plenty of additional private inspections that week and after.
