I looked at several properties with Gavin. He demonstrated great knowledge about the Sippy Downs and surrounding areas. He spoke positively about the homes he was selling, though also listened to my requirements for a home. He was very professional in the way he conducted himself, whist being easy to converse with. He was not at all pushy with sales, though still kept in contact. Buying my home I had a very positive experience with Gavin, important when you are making such a large decision. I would highly recommend him.
